I'm missing one or more parts in my decal kit, what should I do?
If you notice that one or more parts are missing from your graphics kit, please contact KUTVEK customer service, specifying your order number and the missing items.
If possible, attach a photo of the entire kit received. Our team will then be able to quickly verify your order and provide a solution.
The graphics kit I received does not match my order, what should I do?
If the decal kit you received does not match the model, design or customisation you ordered, please contact KUTVEK customer service before starting the installation.
Provide your order number and attach photos of the kit you received. Our team will check your file to identify the source of the issue and propose the appropriate solution.

My order is marked as delivered but I haven't received it, what should I do?
If the carrier's tracking indicates that your parcel has been delivered but you haven't received it, first check with people at your address, your neighbours, or any potential drop-off point.
If you still cannot locate your parcel, contact KUTVEK customer service with your order number. Our team can verify the tracking details and assist you in liaising with the carrier.
I've selected the wrong vehicle model or customisation, what should I do?
Contact KUTVEK as soon as possible, providing your order number and the desired modification.
If your order has not yet entered production, our team will check whether it is still possible to make changes.
However, once a custom kit has been validated and entered production, modifications may no longer be possible. The sooner you contact us, the higher the chances we can intervene before manufacturing begins.
Can I order just one part of my graphics kit?
If part of your graphics kit has been damaged due to a fall, friction or other deterioration, it may be possible to reorder only the affected part, without replacing the entire kit.
Contact KUTVEK by providing your original order number, your vehicle model and the part to be replaced. A photo of the affected area can also help us accurately identify the required element.
Our team will then check the possibilities for reproducing this part.

Where are KUTVEK graphic kits made?
KUTVEK decal kits are designed and manufactured in France in our workshops. From design preparation to printing, lamination and cutting, all production stages are handled by our teams.
This control over production allows us to offer decal kits tailored to a wide range of vehicles: motocross bikes, road motorcycles, 50cc bikes, trail bikes, quads, SSVs and even jet skis.
How is a KUTVEK graphics kit made?
The production of a KUTVEK graphics kit involves several steps: design creation or adaptation, printing, protective lamination, and precise cutting to match the vehicle's contours.
The design is printed onto adhesive vinyl and then protected with a thick, transparent laminate. The entire piece is then accurately cut using a template specific to the vehicle model.
For a custom kit, an additional step of design creation and mock-up validation is carried out before production begins.
What is the thickness of a KUTVEK graphics kit?
A KUTVEK graphics kit has a total thickness of approximately 400 microns, including a protective lamination layer of around 300 microns.
This thickness ensures the kit is suited to the demands of motorsports: friction, debris impacts, frequent washing, and intensive use.

What is the purpose of laminating a graphics kit?
Lamination is a transparent layer applied over the printed graphics kit. It protects the design from friction, splashes, washing, and wear caused by vehicle use.
It also enhances the durability and final appearance of the graphics kit.
Depending on the chosen product, different finishes may be available to alter both the look and the overall effect of the decoration.
What adhesive is used on KUTVEK graphics kits?
KUTVEK decal kits use a specially designed adhesive for application on the plastics of motor sports vehicles.
The aim is to achieve strong adhesion while allowing precise application on surfaces that may have complex curves and shapes.
The quality of adhesion also heavily depends on surface preparation: plastics must be perfectly clean, dry and degreased before application.
Why does the micro-channel adhesive make installation easier?

What is the difference between glossy, matte, glitter, holographic and fluorescent finishes?
The glossy finish offers a bright and classic look, while the matte finish reduces reflections for a more understated appearance.
The glitter finish adds sparkling effects. The holographic finish creates variations in reflections and colours depending on the light and viewing angle. The fluorescent finish uses particularly vibrant colours to achieve a highly visible effect.
The choice mainly depends on the style and visual effect you're aiming for.
Are the printed colours exactly the same as those displayed on my screen?
Not necessarily. The colour displayed on a screen may slightly differ from the colour obtained after printing.
A screen produces its colours through light, whereas a graphics kit is printed with inks on a physical medium. The settings, brightness, and type of screen can also alter the perception of colours.
KUTVEK controls its printing parameters to achieve a consistent result, but a perfectly identical match between a screen and a physical print cannot be guaranteed.
Does a graphics kit protect my bike's plastics?
Yes, a graphics kit can help protect the surface of plastics against minor superficial marks, light abrasion and some wear caused by regular use.
The vinyl and its lamination provide an additional layer between the plastic and the external environment.
However, a graphics kit is not impact protection: it cannot prevent plastic from cracking or breaking in the event of a fall or significant impact.

A custom kit requires a design and proofing phase before manufacturing.
The production time is separate from the delivery time: dispatch occurs once your kit is manufactured and your order is ready to leave our workshop.
How can I tell if my order has been shipped?

How long does a KUTVEK graphics kit last?
The lifespan of a graphics kit mainly depends on its usage, the quality of its application, and its maintenance.
A vehicle used intensively for motocross or off-road riding will be more exposed to friction, mud, debris, and frequent washing compared to a bike primarily used on the road.
Applying the kit to perfectly clean and degreased surfaces, combined with proper maintenance, helps preserve the appearance and adhesion of the graphics for longer.
How to clean and maintain a graphics kit?
To maintain your graphics kit, clean it regularly with water and a mild cleaning product, then rinse the surface thoroughly.
Avoid harsh chemicals, solvents, or strong degreasers that could damage the vinyl, lamination, or adhesive.
After washing, check the edges and high-wear areas in particular to quickly detect any potential peeling.
Can I use a pressure washer on a graphics kit?
Yes, but with caution. A pressure washer can be used on a vehicle fitted with a graphics kit, provided the jet is not directed too close to the edges of the vinyl.
Excessive pressure applied directly to an edge may cause it to lift or peel.
Therefore, maintain a reasonable distance and avoid focusing on the outlines and corners of the graphics kit.

Lamination helps protect the print, but whenever possible, parking or storing the vehicle away from constant sun exposure helps preserve its appearance for longer.
What should I do if an edge of my graphics kit starts to peel off?
If you notice an edge starting to lift, avoid pulling on it and carefully clean the affected area.
Depending on the situation, gentle heating may help reposition the vinyl and reactivate its adhesion. The surface must be clean and dry before any intervention.

How to remove an old graphics kit?
To remove an old decal kit, gradually heat the vinyl using a hairdryer or a suitable heat source to soften the adhesive.
Then, peel off the kit slowly, avoiding any sudden pulling.
Once the vinyl is removed, eliminate any remaining adhesive residue with a product suitable for the surface, then thoroughly clean and degrease the plastics before applying a new decal kit.

Can I fit a KUTVEK graphics kit myself?

Work in a clean, dry, and temperate environment. Before installation, the plastics must be thoroughly cleaned, dried, and degreased.
The application should be done gradually, working from the centre towards the edges and using gentle heat when necessary.

How to prepare plastics before applying a graphics kit?
Proper preparation of the plastics is essential to ensure the decal kit adheres correctly.
Remove the old kit if necessary along with any adhesive residue. Then thoroughly clean the surfaces to eliminate dust, grease, silicone and traces of maintenance products.

The plastics must be perfectly clean, dry and degreased before starting the application.
Which product should I use to degrease plastics before application?
KUTVEK recommends using K7 Degreaser Cleaner to prepare plastics before applying a graphics kit.
It removes impurities and grease residues that may reduce the adhesion of the kit. After degreasing, ensure surfaces are completely clean and dry before starting the installation.
Avoid products that leave a greasy, shiny or protective film on the plastics.
At what temperature should a decal kit be applied?
Installation should be carried out in a temperate environment. KUTVEK recommends working in a heated and dust-free room, ideally at least 18°C.
The vinyl becomes more flexible and adheres better when worked at a suitable temperature. Therefore, avoid applying your kit to cold or damp plastics.
How to properly position a graphics kit before applying it?
Before completely removing the backing, position the part on the plastic to identify the outlines, mounting holes, angles, and connections with adjacent parts.
Then start with a relatively flat and central area, gradually applying the kit from the centre outwards.
Do not attempt to stick the entire part at once: working progressively allows for better alignment control and air removal as you go.
Should a decal kit be heated during and after installation?
Yes. Slightly heating the vinyl during application makes it more flexible, allowing it to better conform to curves, angles and contours.
However, one step is particularly important: post-heating after application.
Once each piece is correctly positioned, gently heat it and then firmly press along the edges, corners and heavily curved areas. KUTVEK specifically recommends focusing on the last 5 to 10 millimetres of the edges, as these are the areas most prone to peeling.
How to avoid air bubbles when applying?
Apply the kit gradually, starting from a central area and pushing the air outwards with your fingers or a suitable squeegee.
For large parts and curved surfaces, work slowly rather than trying to stick the entire surface at once.
A gentle heat can also help shape the vinyl on complex areas.
How long does it take to fit a graphics kit?
The time required depends on the vehicle, the number and size of the parts, as well as your experience.
For a first installation, allow enough time to work without rushing. Cleaning, degreasing, positioning, and especially post-heating the edges are essential steps for a successful application.
It's better to take your time and work on each part properly than to try to finish the kit as quickly as possible.
How long should I wait after applying before using or washing the vehicle?
After installation, it is advisable to let the graphics kit settle so that the adhesive can gradually achieve optimal bonding.
Where possible, avoid applying your kit immediately before a race, washing, muddy ride, or transport in rainy conditions.
Store the vehicle in a clean, dry, and temperate environment after installation.

What is the difference between a custom kit and a fully custom kit?
A custom kit is based on an existing KUTVEK design to which you can make various modifications: name, number, colours, logos, or other suggested elements.

Can I change the colours of an existing graphics kit?
Yes. Depending on the design chosen, it is possible to request modifications to certain colours in your decal kit.

Please note that the printed colour may slightly differ from what is displayed on screen due to factors such as screen settings and brightness.
Can I request a specific colour for my graphics kit?
Yes. If you're looking for a specific colour, please indicate it as precisely as possible in your customisation request.
You can provide a colour reference or visual example to help our design team identify the desired result.
However, a perfectly identical match between a colour displayed on screen and its printed result cannot always be guaranteed.
Can I add my name and number to my graphics kit?
Yes. Depending on the product chosen, you can add your name, your race number or other personal elements to your decal kit.
Please provide these details when placing your order so they can be included in your design template.
Carefully check the spelling of your name and your number when approving the template before manufacturing.
Can I add my sponsors' logos to my graphics kit?
Yes. It is possible to include your sponsors' logos in your custom graphics kit.
For the best possible result, provide high-quality files, ideally in a vector format.
You must also ensure you have the necessary permissions to use the trademarks and logos you provide to us.
What files should I provide for my logos?
For a crisp print, prioritise vector files whenever possible, such as AI, EPS, PDF or SVG.
A vector file can be resized without quality loss, making it easier to integrate into the graphics kit design.
If you only have an image, provide it in the highest resolution available. Avoid screenshots, heavily compressed images or very small files.
Will I receive a mock-up before the production of my custom kit?
Yes. For an order requiring graphic design, a mock-up will be presented to you before the production of your decal kit.
This step allows you to check the design, colours, name, number, logos, and all customisation elements.
Take the time to carefully review the entire project. The production of your kit will begin once you have approved the mock-up.
How many modifications can I request on my mock-up?
You can request up to 9 modifications to your design before final approval.
These requests allow you to adjust various elements of the project: colours, logos, name, number, positioning, or other graphic elements.
To streamline our design team's work and speed up the creation of your kit, we recommend grouping your requests as much as possible with each revision.
Once you're happy with the result, carefully review the entire design before approving it for production.
I have approved my design but I would still like to modify it, is it possible?
Contact KUTVEK as soon as possible, providing your order number and the desired modification.
If your graphics kit has not yet entered production, our team will check whether it is still possible to make changes to your project.
However, once the design has been approved and production has started, modifications may no longer be possible. It is therefore important to carefully review your design before final approval.
Can I return or exchange a custom-made or personalised graphics kit?
KUTVEK decal kits are made to order. Depending on the order, they are printed and crafted specifically for the vehicle, model, year, trim and/or the customer's customisation choices. Custom kits can also include elements specific to the customer, such as a name, number, colours or logos.
When a product is made to the customer's specifications or significantly personalised, the legal 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply, in accordance with Article L221-28, 3° of the French Consumer Code.
This means that a kit covered by this exception, manufactured in accordance with the order, cannot be returned or exchanged due to a simple change of mind.
This rule does not limit your rights if a product is faulty, damaged or does not match the order. In this case, please contact KUTVEK customer service so our team can review your request.
